AC Milan ended the 2022 year with a victory in the Serie A league against Fiorentina. The Rossoneri therefore now sit in second place with 33 points while Napoli are first with 41 points. Juventus climb to third place with 31 points after beating Lazio. Maurizio Sarri's team are now fourth with 30 points with Inter.
La Gazzetta dello Sport shared their usual ratings regarding the Rossoneri's performance against Vincenzo Italiano's squad. According to the Italian newspaper, Fikayo Tomori, who made a clearance that prevented a certain goal, was the best on the pitch with a rating of 7.
Following the British centre-back, there is Sergino Dest and Aster Vranckx with a 6.5 rating each as they showed important qualities. Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud also had 6.5 for their efforts.
AC Milan's Romanian goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu was shown a 6 same as Pierre Kalulu, Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali.
Malick Thiaw and Brahim Diaz were given ratings of 5.5 while the Belgian forward, Divock Origi, was granted a 5. The worst on the pitch, however, was Bosnian midfielder Rade Krunic with a rating of 5 as well.
