AC Milan's club directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara could attempt to make an important transfer market move in a future transfer window, writes La Gazzetta dello sport in today's print edition.
As per the Italian newspaper, Houssem Aouar is the name for the Rossoneri management in the transfer market window. The right-footed central midfielder's contract expires in June 2023.
The agency which looks after the interests of the player are aware of the interest of AC Milan and have even paid a visit recently to Casa Milan. They are also the same representatives of American full-back Sergino Dest as well as Pierre Kalulu who put pen to paper on a new deal some time ago.
There aren't any direct confirmations if the parties have talked about Houssem Aouar just yet, but there is certainly some interest from the Serie A giants. But, they are not the only club who are keen as other clubs have indeed asked for information, points out La Gazzetta dello Sport. AC Milan could even try to sign him for a small fee in January's transfer market window from Olympique de Lyon.
Houssem Aouar only has 6 appearances so far this season in Ligue 1. He scored just 1 goal.
