As reported by the daily Tuttosport newspaper in today's print edition, the details of the new contract between AC Milan and Fly Emirates should provide for an extension of 3 years with much higher figures than in the previous contract.
AC Milan went from earning 14.1 million euros per season from Fly Emirates and now they are up to 30 million euros per season, thanks to the new deal. However, that is not all. In fact, in addition to the 90 million euros in 3 seasons, there are clauses that guarantee bonuses for the Serie A giants and they can reach up to 15 million euros. These said bonuses are related to team objectives.
AC Milan club management can thank Ivan Gazidis who worked on the renewal negotiations before leaving his position for the new CEO Giorgio Furlani.
