Juventus are going through a rough patch right now in a corporate level. The club needs to "change the skin" at the management level. Massimiliano Allegri, in case of confirmation for the next season, will start pushing hard to work with a dear friend of his who is AC Milan's sporting director Frederic Massara.
As pointed out by La Gazzetta dello Sport on their website, the former AS Roma director is the right profile for Juventus. He speaks four languages (in addition to French which he masters like Italian thanks to his mother's origins, also English, German and Spanish). He has important experience as he worked with Walter Sabatini and has contributed a lot to AC Milan's Scudetto glory last season as well as their improvement on the pitch.
Frederic Massara and Massimiliano Allegri were teammates and the most curious anecdote about them is often told by Pierpaolo Marino, then manager of Pescara: coach Giovanni Galeone wanted Massara, but to be able to snatch him away from Pavia Marino agreed to hire another young man, Allegri, who Galeone didn't want at first but then fell in love with in a few days.
