AC Milan's 36-year-old French striker Olivier Giroud has a valid contract until June 2023. The Rossoneri managers intend to keep him happy at the San Siro with a new deal. However, nothing has been signed. But, there is the will to continue together. The player himself even said in a recent interview that he would like to renew his stay at Milan (read interview here).
According to what is reported by Calciomercato.it, the former Arsenal and Chelsea star's priority is continuing with Milan. However, that did not stop another club from sending forward an offer to try to sign him. As per the source, MLS club Inter Miami are the ones who are very keen on landing him. But, their offer has been put on standby by the Serie A champion.
At least for now, Giroud only wants Milan and does not want to leave the club as he is waiting to discuss his renewal with the Rossoneri and go over the details of the new possible deal.
