A young talent who, before signing for FC Barcelona, was said to be a great talent with a bright future, is now found without a team. The former AC Milan player, Alen Halilovic, sees his career reaching a new negative level.
At first the 26-year-old Croat reached an agreement to sign with Aris Thessaloniki but things didn't go as he hoped.
After posing with the Greek team scarf at the airport, he underwent the usual medical tests but failed. As reported by the Spanish media, the former AC Milan player was found "overweight, he would have had to wait several months to see him again in top form". The Greeks, at that point, decided not to register him, having also received a request for salary doubled compared to the figure that had been agreed. Thus, within a few hours, Halilovic was back at the airport and left Greece.
