AC Milan rivals, Inter, were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw by Sampdoria at the Marassi stadium in Genoa. The Nerazzurri have missed numerous opportunities and were not much of a threat to Audero who was guarding Sampdoria's goal throughout the game.
Romelu Lukaku, who partnered with Lautaro Martinez up front, seemed to be the focus of the team's frustration. It's not the Lukaku Inter fans remember from his first spell with the Nerazzurri under Antonio Conte. And it looks like his teammates have run out of patience with him. When the Belgian forward failed to control the ball, the Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella couldn't hide his frustration and threw his arms up in exasperation.
Lukaku then responded by mouthing off something like, "Okay, okay, I hear you. Shut up and don't do it again. Go f..., son of a b...." The incident was going to result into an even more heated confrontation between the two players, but matters calmed down after Lautaro Martinez intervened and talked to Barella.
