Arthur Okonkwo is an English goalkeeper who is 21 years old. Born in London, he started his career with the Arsenal youth academy. His contract with the London-based club ends in June 2024. However, he is currently spending his season in Austria, at Sturm Graz.
The young shotstopper spoke to The Athletic recently and admitted that he looks up to two goalkeepers in Italy. Both from the city of Milan. Here are his words:
"I’m not sure why it is but the ones I really look up to now are Mike Maignan and Andre Onana. I have actually gone to watch him (Onana) as he’s a top keeper. They’re good role models and, in the past, there haven’t been many. There are more coming up, but hopefully, I can help change that."
