AC Milan, in the next transfer window, could make multiple changes in order to create balance and strengthen the team.
The Rossoneri directors, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara could search for a midfielder to reinforce a role that has appeared to be lacking this season. In addition to recent rumours about Daichi Kamada (read here), Milan could look to Italy for a really big move. This is reported in today's edition of Il Messaggero.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is a 28-year-old Serbian midfielder with a contract at Lazio valid until June 2024. He has 9 goals and 8 assists after 44 appearances this season. He could be the right player for AC Milan.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is rumoured to be one of Juventus' primary targets. The Lazio player, born in 1995, could also be sought after by clubs abroad in the upcoming transfer window. According to the newspaper, there is a gap between the demand and offer of Juventus. The team would offer a maximum of 30 million euros, while Lotito, Lazio's president, would ask for at least 40. Another development is that AC Milan has put the Serbian player on their list to strengthen their midfield. Milinkovic-Savic's arrival in the next transfer window could greatly reinforce the Rossoneri, adding a quality that may be missing from their current squad.
