AC Milan will invest in the summer market to sign some new important profiles in order to strengthen the team's midfield department that should be available to Stefano Pioli in view of next season. Many profiles are being monitored by the Rossoneri club scouts, as already reveaed to you in our editorial by Vito Angelè (read here).
According to what is reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, quite a few profiles are linked with a potential move to the San Siro in the summer.
In fact, Chelsea's 27-year-old English central midfielder, Ruben Loftus Cheek is on the watchlist. He is a concrete goal for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, more than anyone else.
Another player who is liked is Eintracht Frankfurt's Japanese player Daichi Kamada. His contract expires this summer and therefore he can be a valuable asset signed on a free transfer.
The ideal profile for the AC Milan head coach to sign in the summer's transfer window, however, as per the newspaper, is Sergej Milinkovic-Savic of Lazio. The Serbian midfielder who is 28 years old has a contract which is set to expire in June 2024.
