La Gazzetta dello Sport discussed the midfield options in the transfer market window of the summer for the AC Milan club management.
According to the newspaper this morning, two names are mentioned: one is Daichi Kamada, who has been the subject of rumours regarding AC Milan's transfer market for several weeks now; the other is Davide Frattesi, a renewed interest compared to previous transfer windows but not yet considered for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Kamada could be the ideal midfielder to play in the attacking midfield position, capable of efficiently performing both offensive and defensive phases, as preferred by Pioli: this season he scored 16 goals with Eintracht Frankfurt.
The advantage for Kamada is that he would arrive on a free transfer and his salary would be affordable. On the other hand, Frattesi, the midfielder from Sassuolo, would also be an ideal addition to AC Milan's lineup. He is a player capable of performing well both defensively and offensively, having scored 11 goals in two seasons in Serie A. The competition in Italy and abroad seems to be intense, but Milan does not want to participate in auctions, even though they are admirers of the Italian midfielder. The initial valuation starts at 20 million euros.
