AC Milan, after the exit of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, are thinking of reinforcing the team with a new philosophy in the transfer market window. The club's chief of scouts, Geoffrey Moncada, will have more authority in the transfer market.
According to what Sports Zone reported recently on their Twitter account, Geoffrey Moncada has two dreams in addition to the realistic market targets he would like to bring to AC Milan. The first is Bryan Mbeumo, a 23-year-old talented right-winger from Brentford, and the second is Mohamed Simakan, a centre-back from RB Leipzig.
Both of them, however, are "off-limits": the first has recently been declared not for sale by the Premier League side, while the second has a transfer fee that is too high.
