According to journalist Cesar Luis Merlo, Platense and AC Milan are negotiating for the possible transfer of 21-year-old defender Marco Pellegrino.
The talks are being conducted currently by Platense's president, Sebastiàn Ordonez, who might make a trip to Italy in the next hours in order to try to finalise a deal with AC Milan.
Pellegrino is an Argentinian central defender who has an Italian passport. He is left-footed and stands at 184 centimetres tall. His contract runs until December 2024. This season so far, he has featured in 17 league games already and also managed to score one goal.
