The defensive department at AC Milan for Stefano Pioli was not touched by the management during this summer. Plenty of reinforcements have arrived in the last weeks, but there are rumours that a central defender may arrive as well.
According to what is reported by Il Corriere dello Sport in today's print edition, the Rossoneri managers Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada are seeking the right profile in defence who can bolster Pioli's team. On the other hand, Simon Kjaer who is no longer essential to Pioli's plans on the field may be leaving.
The 34-year-old experienced Dane is spending his last season with the AC Milan club, reportedly.
