AC Milan are working on signing the 31-year-old Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi from Porto in these hours, but there are still a few problems to solve in order to make this deal go through.
According to information revealed by our correspondent Vito Angelè, there are no problems from Porto's side, they have not changed the arragement of the transfer, but the only hurdle is the structure and mode of payments. Besides, the problem is within Mehdi Taremi's entourage.
The Iranian player's agent and intermediaries would earn more if their client's contract expires and makes a move as a free agent. Currently, work is now ongoing by AC Milan to try to solve the issue. The negotiations must be concluded today due to the time restrictions and deadlines related to the process of registering a non-European player.
