AC Milan are moving ahead for the new stadium project in San Donato Milanese.
According to club chairman Paolo Scaroni, it will be a 70 thousand seater with the first match to be played in the year 2028.
As per Antonio Vitiello, the cost of the construction could reach around 1 billion euros and a museum, store, new club headquarters, hotel and an entertainment district will also be established.
The new stadium will be a state of the art facility and the aim for it is to be sustainable with high energy-saving approach in addition to the ability of hosting other sporting events. Manica Studio is the company in charge of the design while the project management and strategic advisory is the CAA ICON company.
