AC Milan's CEO, Giorgio Furlani, spoke to Amazon Prime Video microphones before kick-off. Here are his words:
"It's from this summer that we've been working well, and there's great harmony. But, it's too early to speak because we'll see in June. We're here to give it our all."
He added:
"I've been involved in the 'Moneyball' project for 5 years, but we work in a group at Casa Milan with the technical staff. It's not a secret algorithm. We're trying to build a new stadium; as a football team, we can't be competitive at a European level without proper facilities."
Furlani continued:
"We've been talking about this for 5 years now, and 2028 will be the first date we'll play in the new stadium. Milan needs a new place; we're going around to learn from others and implement our project."
