AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli, is sure of his choices for the coming Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund. Tonight, the usual available starters in defence and attack will be there.

As for the midfield, the choices are almost forced because there are only four midfielders available. Three will have to start and one will be on the bench.
The names are: Tijjani Reijnders, Tommaso Pobega, Yunus Musah, and Yacine Adli while Ismael Bennacer, Rade Krunic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are out due to injuries. Adli will be on the bench, while the rest will start in midfield.
As per La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, there is, however, only one doubt about the position of play in front of defence: who will take that spot between Tijjani Reijnders and Yunus Musah? In fact, the AC Milan coach, Pioli, has decided to put the Dutchman as a regista, with the American and Pobega on the sides. It will therefore be the former AZ Alkmaar (so far always fielded as a 'mezzala'), who will direct the Rossoneri midfield against Borussia Dortmund.
It is undoubtedly a role that he can do easily, even if he will be "forced" to keep his position more than he usually does: Reijnders is in fact a midfielder who moves a lot, but this time he will have to stay a bit more locked and think mainly about keeping the ball moving. If then there will be something to change during the match, Adli is ready to receive the green light from Pioli to enter the match from the bench.
