Noah Okafor has left the Switzerland national team training camp due to a minor head injury.
As reported by SportMediaset, the Rossoneri striker, who will miss the match against Belarus scheduled for October 15, was involved in a minor car accident (he was not the one driving) in which he sustained a small cut to his eyebrow that required a few stitches.
Once Okafor arrived at the camp of his national team, the Rossoneri striker was then visited by the medical staff who preferred to send him home to allow the wound to heal and to avoid the possibility that it could reopen with a blow.
The player will therefore return to Milanello to train with his teammates under the guidance and watchful eyes of head coach Stefano Pioli and then be regularly available for the match against Juventus on Sunday, October 22.
