Speaking to Sky Sport Italia after the end of AC Milan's match against Paris Saint-Germain, Fabio Capello made sure to criticise Pioli's Rossoneri team who conceded 3 goals away from home last night. Here are his words:
"The match against Napoli will be very important to demonstrate the team's worth. They've played three matches against top teams and lost all three. Now they're facing a dangerous team like Napoli, and this is the test. But did you see Milan tonight? There was no Milan at any moment, except for the initial half-hour where both teams were passing the ball around, then they fell apart. When you play in the Champions League, the level is high because you face teams that don't forgive any mistakes, and they punish you. This is the aspect Pioli needs to work on."
Capello continued:
"Milan needs to be careful, it can be presumptuous to always play man-to-man. Against Inter, you conceded 5 goals, against PSG you concede only three thanks to Maignan, otherwise it could have been more, and you lose against Juventus. Milan's attitude seemed a bit presumptuous to me."
