This morning, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, there are still a few doubts regarding the starting lineup that the AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli, should deploy at the Maradona stadium against Rudi Garcia's Napoli.
The Italian newspaper, a day before this upcoming fixture, wrote the following headline:
"In Napoli with the starters. Loftus won't make it. Musah likely more than Pobega."
It seems that the former central midfielder of Chelsea will continue to be absent, unfortunately for the AC Milan fans. Yesterday, he has trained separately at Milanello, but he is still not ready to take the field with his teammates tomorrow.
Yunus Musah and Tommaso Pobega, however, are competing for the spot of the Englishman in the starting lineup and in this race, the American midfielder is ahead of the Italian player.
According to the newspaper, the other midfielders in the starting lineup should be Tijjani Reijnders and Rade Krunic. The Bosnian midfielder will be in the deep-lying position.
