AC Milan are linked with a move for Juan Miranda who currently plies his trade for Real Betis. His contract is set to expire at the end of the current season. Recent rumours claimed that the Rossoneri have booked the player's arrival on a free transfer. However, they may try to sign the Spanish left-back who is 23 years old in the winter for a low fee.
Ramon Planes, who is the sporting director of Real Betis, spoke to the media in a press conference about Juan Miranda and said the following words regarding his situation:
"We've been talking about extending his contract for several weeks now. Then there are two wills, that of the club and that of the player: ours is to extend the contract."
