AC Milan is getting ready to face an important match. In a few hours, at 3:00 PM (Italy's time), the Rossoneri will take the field against Lecce.
The Lecce centre-forward Nikola Krstovic gave an interview to the official channel of Serie A. He also spoke about French forward of the Rossoneri, Olivier Giroud.
Here are his words.
"Giroud is a very strong striker, perhaps one of the best in Europe in the last 10 years. He is very dangerous in the last 16 meters, so we will try to defend higher, at 25 meters where he is not as dangerous."
Krstovic added:
"He is the best in the world in headers, but he lacks speed. To try to harm Milan, we will try to attack from the wings and create as many opportunities as possible because we do not want to lose this match."
Krstovic was linked to AC Milan in the last few months. The 23-year-old Montenegrin striker has scored 4 goals this season in 10 Serie A matches.
