In today's print edition, Corriere dello Sport wrote that the injuries of Pierre Kalulu and Pellegrino as well as the physical condition of Simon Kjaer are pushing AC Milan to look for alternatives in the market in order to reinforce the centre-back position.
The Rossoneri club managers want to add a player in the defensive department in January with three names currently in the notebook of Geoffrey Moncada and Antonio D'Ottavio.

On the shortlist, there is definitely Lloyd Kelly, a 25-year-old English defender from Bournemouth whose contract will expire at the end of the season and who does not seem inclined to renew it. The deal could potentially be closed for less than 5 million euros, but convincing the English club is necessary.
There is also Romanian player who is 21 years of age: Radu Dragusin. He grew up in Juventus and is now a key player at Genoa: inquiries had already been made to the Rossoblù club during the summer.
Another option is the profile of the Dutchman Finn Van Breemen, a 20-year-old talent and currently plying his trade for Swiss outfit FC Basel: an emerging talent with great potential.
Not just a centre-back, AC Milan are also looking to reinforce the left-back position.
The Rossoneri would also like to advance the Juan Miranda operation in January: the Betis full-back's contract expires at the end of the year, but the Rossoneri hope to convince the Andalusians this winter by offering 2-3 million euros for the 23-year-old Spaniard who has featured in 9 La Liga matches this season with one assist to his name.
