In the last summer transfer market window, the AC Milan club management signed 10 players to reinforce Stefano Pioli and reshape it especially after the exit of Sandro Tonali whose move funded a significant part of the move.

It must be noted, however, that some of these choices which have been made by the club in the summer are not paying off dividends. Therefore, when the transfer window reopens, the Rossoneri will try to remedy what has not been done or has been done rather poorly.
According to what is reported by the Italian website Pianeta Milan, in the last summer transfer window, in fact, at a time when suspicions were not raised, Milan had approached Sevilla for Youssef En-Nesyri.
AC Milan have been on En-Nesyri's track for some time now.
The Rossoneri management has been tracking the Moroccan striker who is 26 years old. He has scored 18 goals in 48 matches the previous season, and they tried to sign him then. However, they faced a clear rejection from the Spanish club.
In January's transfer window, though, the Rossoneri could make another attempt for him as he continues to score (7 goals in 17 matches so far) and his contract is approaching expiration (30 June 2025).
A deal could be possible at a reasonable price, let's say around 20 million euros. It's worth remembering that Milan still has room to register a non-European player this season, and therefore, the arrival of En-Nesyri, who is also on the radar of Juventus, is not excluded.
