The AC Milan team is plagued with injuries. The Newcastle side, though, also suffers from absences of many players. They will face each other tomorrow in St. James' Park stadium.
According to what is reported by Sky, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe will be without goalkeeper Pope, who is out until March, Botman, Targett, Burn, Elliott, Anderson, and Murphy and Sandro Tonali. However, striker Wilson and midfielder Longstaff have recovered and will be available for the match against Milan.
Tomorrow will be a decisive day for Group F of the 2023-2024 Champions League, as only Borussia Dortmund has already qualified for the knockout rounds. To advance to the round of 16, Milan must beat Newcastle and hope that Dortmund defeats Paris Saint-Germain.
A win in England would also guarantee the Rossoneri a place in the Europa League.
