The AC Milan club are keeping a close eye on some players in Stefano Pioli's team and their contractual situations. A few players are on the agenda, such as the French striker Olivier Giroud who will reportedly have his contract renewed for another season.

The others who also have expiring contracts at the end of the season are Antonio Mirante, Simon Kjaer, Mattia Caldara, and Luka Jovic, but they are all set to leave the Rossoneri club at the end of this season, writes Tuttomercatoweb.com.

There are three players currently with contracts expiring in a year and a half. The first is Rade Krunic, who should be permanently transferred to Fenerbahce in January. Then there's Alessandro Florenzi, the full-back who will be put on the market at the end of this season, and finally, captain Davide Calabria, the only one among the three whom the club will try to extend his contract.

The others: Mike Maignan is the most complicated situation for the Rossoneri club management. Negotiations, however, are also ongoing with Theo Hernandez.

Gerry Cardinale, Giorgio Furlani, and Geoffrey Moncada are focusing these weeks mainly on renewing goalkeeper Mike Maignan's contract, which ends in 2026. The French goalkeeper is asking for a salary in line with top goalkeepers in Europe, around 7 to 8 million euros net per year.

AC Milan is unlikely to reach this figure but has nevertheless reassured him about a salary befitting his status. Talks are also ongoing with Theo Hernandez's agent for a potential extension.
