For AC Milan this season, there are few doubts about who the best summer signings so far: Tijjani Reijnders, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic.
Focusing on the American winger, Milan News pointed out that the player's impact has been bery positive. He started very well; scoring immediately in his first two official Serie A matches against Bologna and Torino. He also scored against Lazio, Genoa, Frosinone and also in Newcastle in the Champions League competition.
Pulisic aims for a record at Milan:
Pulisic has a specific record in mind: scoring the highest number of goals in a single season. Currently, the Rossoneri's number 11 has already surpassed the total number of goals from the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 seasons (5 goals) and has matched the number of goals scored in the 2020-2021 season. One more goal is needed to reach the number of goals scored in the 2018-2019 season and two goals for the 2021-2022 season. His personal record stands at 11 goals in the 2019-2020 season, a milestone not impossible for Pulisic to achieve, considering he's already on a good path with six goals scored so far (and four assists).
