A terrible piece of news for Serie A teams: the halt of the Growth Decree means that several clubs will no longer have the benefits regarding foreign players.

It's a blow for Milan, which was the team benefiting the most from these advantages. The Rossoneri were saving around 22.45 million euros from their wage bill, writes Milan Press.

Roma follows in second place with 22.25 million euros while Inter in third 14.9 million euros.
