AC Milan's Ismael Bennacer will not be available for the match against Cagliari.
The Algeria national team did not agree to let their midfielder stay with the Rossoneri until the Coppa Italia match against Cagliari tomorrow (January 2).
The group stage of the African Cup of Nations will conclude on the 23rd of January, and if Algeria were to be eliminated then, the Rossonero number 4 would return immediately to Milanello.
Algeria will face Angola, Burkina Faso, and Mauritania in the group stage. The debut is scheduled for January 15th against Angola; then the match on the 20th against Burkina Faso; and finally, on the 23rd against Mauritania.
The round of 16 will be played from January 28th to 30th; the quarter-finals from February 2nd to 3rd; the semifinals on February 7th; and finally, the final will take place between on the 11th of February.
