AC Milan's quest for a left-back to become the backup of Theo Hernandez is ongoing. The Rossoneri managers, reportedly, want to find an ideal player who will rotate with the Frenchman needed.
In this sense, a few profiles have been linked with a move to the San Siro, and the latest name mentioned is Vanderlan, a Brazilian full-back from Palmeiras. He is 21 years of age, with a valid contract until the summer of 2027.
According to Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan have added Vanderlan to their watchlist for a possible summer transfer move. The Italians have only one non-European spot left in their squad and it shall be filled with the arrival of Matija Popovic, the Serbian attacking midfielder who will turn 18 on January 8.
AC Milan, however, are not the only club interested in signing Vanderlan from Palmeiras. In fact, Ligue 1 outfit Rennes, who are Milan's opponent's in the Europa League) and Turkish club Galatasaray want to send bids for the player's transfer.
