As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, it's a whole different version of Luka Jovic now.
The Serbian striker is reborn: a goal every 115 minutes, better than when he was in Frankfurt. If he continues like this, Milan will have no choice but to confirm his stay in the summer transfer window.
Keeping Luka Jovic, however, is not enough. In fact, the club want to add more quality up front and Serhou Guirassy remains an interesting profile for the Rossoneri club management.
The player has a release clause set at 17 million euros, which is a reachable figure. The problem, however, is in the player's demands regarding the salary, he requests 5 million euros net per season, and with the ending of growth decree, the gross amount to pay becomes 9.2 million euros.
AC Milan are keeping an eye on Guirassy's situation whose contract runs until 2026, they are calm and are evaluating the matter. Guirassy will now be involved with the 27-year-old Guinea national team in the African Cup of Nations, and with Luka Jovic's current form, perhaps Milan can afford to wait a little longer.
Another target can be Jonathan David for the summer. The Canadian forward who is 23 years old currently plies his trade for French side Lille. This season, he has played 23 matches, scoring 7 goals and providing 2 assists to his teammates. His contract runs until the summer of 2025.
