AC Milan's Rade Krunic is wanted by Fenerbahce in the winter transfer market. Their attempts to sign him last summer failed but they are trying to have him join their squad on their own terms.
Krunic, however, is not the only AC Milan player on the radar of Fenerbahce, it seems.
In fact, according to news from Arda Birben on X, the Turks have tested the waters for a possible transfere of Danish central defender Simon Kjaer.
As per the same source, the player in enthusiastic about the idea of joining Fenerbahce (a club he is familiar with as he played for them before from 2015 to 2017).
The Turkish club, though, are now waiting to learn the response from AC Milan's management.
Kjaer is 34 years old. His contract with Milan runs until the end of the current 2023/2024 campaign. This season, he played a total of 489 minutes across 10 matches between Serie A and Champions League.
