AC Milan's Luka romero could be on his way out of the club, on a loan move, according to previous reports.
More recently, as per a news update shared by Gianluca Di Marzio, Lecce's director Pantaleo Corvino is interested in signing the teenage talent of the Rossoneri club. The 18-year-old has found little playing time in the first part of this season, and a move now could be beneficial for him.
With Lameck Banda departing for the Africa Cup of Nations to represent Zambia's national team, Lecce wants to add another option to head coach Marco Baroni's choices for offensive wings. Hence the idea of Luka Romero, a market opportunity given the limited playing time the Argentine has found at Milan.
So far, the '04 class has played just 155 minutes in 5 appearances between Serie A and Coppa Italia competitions.
Luka Romero had arrived at Milan on a free transfer in the last summer transfer window following his contract's expiry with Lazio. His current deal with the Rossoneri club runs until June 30, 2027.
