Lilian Brassier, the 24-year-old French central defender of Stade Brestois who sit fourth in the French league, is one of the targets for Milan's defence. He is being closely monitored by the club management in view of a possible January transfer.
The central defender would fill the gaps in the backline, caused by injuries, which certainly cannot be covered by Matteo Gabbia alone, returning early from his loan experience at Villarreal.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Brassier still waits for a possible move to AC Milan.
In fact, his desire to join the Rossoneri is so strong that he has put on hold an offer from Monaco, a French club who is also equally keen on signing him.
AC Milan, however, must figure out how to proceed: Stade Brestois, for their part, is asking for a fee around 10 to 12 million euros, a sum still considered too high by the Rossoneri club managers.
