Almería has just completed the loan deal for Luka Romero until the end of the season. An agreement with Boca Juniors couldn't be reached due to differences in negotiations.
This prompted Almería to step up their efforts and secure the player's services until the end of the season, but without an option to buy, as per Relevo.
The player never gave up on the possibility of playing in Argentina, but a formal agreement was never reached.
AC Milan's 19-year-old right-winger, Luka Romero, made only 4 official appearances this season. He played a total of 156 minutes and he clearly needs much playing time to develop his skills further. He signed with Milan last summer on a Bosman move after his contract's expiry with Lazio. His current deal runs until June 2027.
