Regarding the Milan market, which is always on the lookout for a new defender to give to Stefano Pioli. In fact, Tuttosport this morning discussed the possibility of signing Chalobah. We read the following headline:
"Chalobah, with a little help from Chelsea?"
The names circulating the most at the moment are those of Clement Lenglet, a Barcelona player currently on loan to Aston Villa (a complicated track because an agreement would need to be reached with both clubs), Lilian Brassier from Brest, Jakub Kiwior from Arsenal (neither the French nor the English, however, are open to a loan), and Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea.
The latter target could be the "easiest" to achieve, with Milan possibly negotiating to pay a fee for the loan move with a buyout option.
In the press conference before the trip to Udine, Stefano Pioli admitted that he wouldn't rule out the addition of a midfielder as well, but it will depend on the opportunities that arise in the coming days.
