Marco Pellegrino will be a new player for Salernitana on loan. The Argentine center-back of AC Milan, left from Linate this morning towards the Campania region where his loan transfer to the team coached by Pippo Inzaghi will be finalised today.
This transfer had to also wait for FIFA's approval since in this sports season, Pellegrino had already represented two teams in the same season: the Rossoneri and Platense. The green light has arrived from FIFA and Pellegrino is on his way.
Intercepted by Sky Sport Italia microphones at the airport, these were Pellegrino's words before boarding for his new adventure:
"Ready to start this new experience, I hope everything goes well. There were other teams, why Salernitana? To do well and to play."
