The winter transfer market window closed yesterday evening.
The Rossoneri did little in terms of incoming signings as they recalled Matteo Gabbia back from his loan at Villarreal and signed Filippo Terracciano from Hellas Verona.
In the summer transfer session, however, the club will be more active.
Gianluca Di Marzio spoke to Sky Sport Italia about the AC Milan club managers plan and said the following:
"In the summer, Milan must acquire two strong forwards and a strong midfielder. From there, the ambitions of Milan will be understood, it will be seen if they can compete for the league title and if they can return to being as competitive as last year even in Europe."
