Luca Serafini, sports journalist and AC Milan fan, spoke on "Tutti Convocati," a show broadcast on 'Radio 24,' discussing the current situation of the Rossoneri starting from the January transfer market, which brought only Matteo Gabbia and Filippo Terracciano to the team compared to the first part of the season.
"I understand and share the disappointment of the fans regarding the transfer market, perhaps even from the club itself. Honestly, the opportunities seemed really few for Milan. I would wait before criticising Terracciano after the mistakes (vs Bologna). With a more sensible management of the games against Salernitana and Bologna, Milan would have had 4 more points in the standings, and the disappointment over the transfer market would have been somewhat mitigated."
Then, Serafini continued on Stefano Pioli's market requests (a defender and a midfielder) ignored by the Rossoneri club's executives:
"If Pioli lacks influence within Milan? I don't think that's the case. After Silvio Berlusconi, from one closing to another, we know that the strategy is to balance the books, build the stadium, and sell the club. If someone expects them to spend 30 million euros in January, we are off track." This was relayed via Pianeta Milan.
