Rennes will host AC Milan tomorrow in the Europa League round of 32 second leg fixture.
For such a special occasion, the French team will want to put up a good fight, especially in front of their own fans. This was also stated by the club president Olivier Cloarec, who was interviewed exclusively by Ouest-France:
"Do we want a prestigious victory? No, not just prestige! Everything is still possible; we will have to play this match to the fullest, as it will also have implications for the future. Despite the difference between the two teams, the expected feat may not have occurred in the first leg... But we must look ahead."
He added:
"Even though the score has somewhat dampened the hopes of many people, it will be a special evening at the Roazhon Park. We have received a very high number of ticket requests, but the number is very difficult to estimate."
