With Alphonso Davies promising himself to Real Madrid, Bayern Munich is in search of a new left-back, and the name at the top of the Germans' preferences is Theo Hernandez.
As reported in Germany, the Bundesliga giants are ready to put a fee around 60 to 70 million euros for the transfer of the French left-back from AC Milan.
At these figures, Milan is unlikely to give the green light to the transfer as the club managers value him highly. As La Gazzetta dello Sport writes this morning, indeed, considering that Cucurella was signed for 70 million euros in the summer of 2022 by Chelsea, it is reasonable to assume that the Rossoneri would want to receive at least 100 million euros, in case they decide to let Theo leave.
At Casa Milan, however, AC Milan do not really want to part ways with one of the best left-backs in the world, if not the best, unless a very attractive and convincing financial offer arrives.
Soon, in fact, the AC Milan directors aim to start talks with Theo Hernandez and his representatives to discuss a potential renewal. The former Real Madrid player's current contract expires in the summer of 2026 and the club would like to extend his deal further.
As for his salary, he earns 4.5 million euros per season and in case a new contract is signed, Theo will then have secured for himself an important salary increrase.
