The winter transfer window ended more than a month ago, but Milan, which hasn't done much during January's month in terms of new signings, is already eagerly looking towards the future and the next season.
This is a crucial period for the Rossoneri: the fate of coach Stefano Pioli will need to be decided, and based on the club's choice, subsequent decisions will also be made in the transfer market.
One of the main uncertainties for AC Milan remains the striker.
22-year-old Dutch striker, Joshua Zirkzee, it is reported, has been the main target of Milan for months to reinforce the attack for the next season. Arsenal would be a very hot option, with Bayern Munich wanting to control the transfer market, sensing the possibility of an auction.
As for 25-year-old Swedish centre-forward Victor Gyokeres, Milan would be one of those teams that would gladly take him, but his release clause remains too high for the Rossoneri's transfer market ideas and plans: 100 million euros.
20-year-old Slovenian starlet Benjamin Sekso, a striker from Leipzig, would be a target that would satisfy the entire Milan management. There have been no contacts yet, though. Nevertheless, Zirkzee would still be the favourite, as per Pianeta Milan.
