Stefano Pioli still has a doubt about the defensive line that will face tomorrow's match against Empoli.
According to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, the coach is still weighing his options in order to complete the defence in the starting lineup for tomorrow's Serie A fixture at the San Siro, which is valid for matchday 28.
Regarding the flanks, there are no doubts, according to the newspaper: Theo Hernandez should be confirmed on the left, while on the right, also due to Florenzi's suspension, captain Davide Calabria will return to the starting lineup.
In the center, however, to partner with the confirmed Matteo Gabbia, there are still no certainties: Simon Kjaer will rest, and to replace him, it will be either Fikayo Tomori or Malick Thiaw.
