AC Milan's primary plan regarding the new stadium is very clear: the San Donato project.
As reported by ANSA, in the coming days, the Rossoneri club will deposit with the Municipality of San Donato the certificates of successful conclusion for the purchase of the last plots of land, part of the overall project of land acquisitions covering a total area of approximately 660,000 square meters.
At the same time, in coordination with the State Police, the process of cleaning and fencing off the area on which the project of the PII Variant deposited by the club insists will be initiated, today degraded and often illegally occupied.
The figures have not been made public, but according to documents reviewed by Calcio&Finanza, the costs are close to 20 million euros. To be precise, 17,237,000 euros, almost half of the 40 million euros made available by the majority shareholder RedBird for expenses related to the new stadium, as pointed out by Milan News.
