Regarding the current situation of Milan, Fabio Capello, former AC Milan coach, stated these words to the microphones of Gazzetta dello Sport:
"They have achieved very good results and are playing a bit better, but let's not look at the two matches against Slavia Prague, played with a numerical advantage for a long time, however, the fact that Leao scores has made Milan grow."
As a former coach of both teams, Capello also spoke about Milan's Europa League double clash against Roma and the duels on the field:
"Many interesting comparisons. On one hand, Dybala and Lukaku, if there's space, with the midfielders making runs, because when Roma attacks, the two strikers aren't left isolated, but El Shaarawy, Pellegrini, and others join in. As for Milan, I'd mention Leao's creativity, the left flank which is the team's strength, and Pulisic who has found his form, playing at a high level. However, I repeat, we'll have to assess the players' conditions after the break. Let's take Napoli as an example: it's been seen that with or without Osimhen, it's a whole different story."
