AC Milan are looking for a new striker to add new quality, and to possibly even replace Olivier Giroud who may be onhis last season at the San Siro, according to the latest reports. However, the club is also working on reinforcing the defence as well.

Simon Kjaer is reportedly leaving once his contract expires this upcoming summer. The club management, therefore, are also plotting to sign a new centre-back to replace the experienced Dane.
Several profiles have been closely monitored in recent months by Milan's scouting department. The name of Maxence Lacroix is certainly one that has impressed the most for technical characteristics and leadership qualities shown at Wolfsburg despite being only born in 2000.
The French center-back has shown significant growth in the last two seasons both tactically and in terms of concentration during the game, as pointed out by those at the Italy-based website Calciomercato.com.
Maxence is a towering figure at 190 centimeters, dominant in aerial play both in his own area and in the opposing one. Milan has been studying him for months and will speak with his agent to understand the room for negotiation and the valuation that Wolfsburg places on him.
Maxence Lacroix has made 25 appearances already for the Bundesliga side Wolfsburg. He has played a total of 2139 minutes between the league and cup competitions. The former FC Sochaux player even has two goals and one assist to his name. His contract is set to run out in the summer of 2025.
