Speaking about the matter yesterday was the France national team head coach Didier Deschamps who said these words to the microphones of French outlet Téléfoot.

"Is Giroud to Los Angeles a done deal? No. Is it a possibility? Yes. A desire? Yes. Will he start on Tuesday? We'll see."
