Today's edition of Tuttosport shared the following headline in this morning's print edition regarding the loss of AC Milan against Roma at the San Siro:
"Leao leaves the pitch, whistles at San Siro. Pioli defends him: 'We'll react'."
It was supposed to be his big night, but the Portuguese striker disappointed quite a bit, even leaving amidst the whistles of the Milan fans present at the stadium (it remains to be seen if they were for him or for the substitution).
Stefano Pioli then defended him in the post-match: "Leao? I'm not worried, I expect him to respond like the others with pride, to overturn the result, we can succeed if we improve the performance."
