AC Milan managers are looking ahead to the upcoming transfer market. They will need to strengthen their defence and are reportedly looking to France to find a central defender for the upcoming season.
There are indeed two Rossoneri defenders who are at risk of leaving the club. The first is Mattia Caldara, who due to injuries has never found space this season and it doesn't seem like he will have more even if he is physically fit.
The other is Simon Kjaer, who would also be willing to sign a contract renewal, but on the other hand, Milan are hesitating on this front.
As reported by the French newspaper 'L'Equipe', meanwhile, Geoffrey Moncada is reportedly looking at a market he knows well, we are talking about Ligue .
In fact, it seems that Milan could have a renewed interest in a central defender already followed in the past: a certain 24-year-old Frenchman who goes by the name of Jean-Clair Todibo. Formerly of Barcelona, he currently plies his trade for Nice.
On his trail, it is also reported, are Atletico Madrid and Manchester United. The Premier League club, though, would still be favoured due to the fact that, like the French club, they are under the control of the same company, namely INEOS.
